She believes that therapy works best when it is flexible, honest, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
Her work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore what they are going through at a pace that feels right for them. She values open communication in the therapy process and encourages continual client feedback to ensure sessions are as helpful and effective as possible.
